How is it almost November?! I’m trying to be present and enjoy the rest of October… here are a few of my favorites from the past month!
Daily Rhythms:
- Last 90 Days Tracker from Joanna Busby! I’ve been following the 5 to Thrive – I love the accountability of taking care of myself. Joanna’s tracker has been a helpful tool over the past few years!

Books:
- Jesus and John Wayne by Kristin Kobes Du Mez – I haven’t finished this one yet, but so far it’s been very insightful!

- Resources for processing my past… I’ve been gathering books for dealing with all my baggage from the past 35 years. Some of them I’ve started; looking forward to starting the rest! (Note: the Bible is the only LIVING book! The Word is alive and active, with divine power to change lives! We can write God’s Word on our hearts through memorization and meditation!)

Bible Verse:
- “Therefore I am now going to allure her; I will lead her into the wilderness and speak tenderly to her. There I will give her back her vineyards, and will make the Valley of Achor a door of hope. There she will respond as in the days of her youth, as in the day she came up out of Egypt.” – Hosea 2:14-15
- “Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name. I will praise you, Lord my God, with all my heart; I will glorify your name forever. For great is your love toward me; you have delivered me from the depths, from the realm of the dead.” – Psalm 86:11-13
Music:
- You Keep Hope Alive by Church of the City
Hobbies:

- Flower Friday + Date Day! I love Fridays!

Treats:
- Nothing Bundt Cakes (they have a delicious gluten-free option!)
