July has been marked by unpacking and decorating, simplifying and settling in, navigating and learning where things are. We’re still adjusting to the heat, doing our best to stay cool and hydrated. And we are in awe of God’s plan and provision, for a fresh start in a new home with an amazing church family.

What’s for Dinner:
- Slow Cooker Pot Roast – I’ve combined a couple recipes for this one (one from Fodmap Everyday and one from Sunshine & Munchkins); I just love a good, hearty crockpot meal! I sub Balsamic vinegar for red wine, and add extra beef broth.
